The struggle is real.

I know. I have wrestled with anxiety, self-doubt, and struggles in my life. I have reached out to more than one therapist over the years. I’ve fallen and started over, more than I want to admit. But I persevered. Many of these struggles influenced me to become a therapist.

I’ve lived through experiences that have given me personal situations to draw from and perspective that allows me to meet my clients in their world. This has really helped to solidify my connection with clients over the years.

Present Circumstances

Currently my sessions are being done predominantly online. Online therapy gives you quick, stress-free, and confidential access to counseling.
